Do I need to do “Debtor End Of Month” and
“Creditors End Of Month”
This process moves the paid transactions to
the history files but leaves the recent transactions. This
reduces the numbers of transactions held in your current file.
This file can handle a large number of transactions but the system will
be faster when doing reports and enquiries.
Some older versions will encounter problems
printing Statements if this is not done on a regular basis.
So to answer the question, in the newer systems
no you don’t have to do it but it is good practice to do so. In
the older versions it is important to do to maintain the efficient
running of the system

for Pamela Ann.
The letters to Santa had been sent out
by Mom,
